Can you make a guess which fruit is consumed the most all over the World? Let me tell you, Banana is the most consumed fruit on this planet according to research. Banana is rich in protein and potassium which are considered as the most imperative ingredient of healthy life. There are many health benefits correlated to banana.

Benefits of Bananas:
