West Indies record T20 chase – 236 Runs

South Africa and West Indies played their 2nd T20 match on Sunday at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. West Indies won the toss and invited South African batsmen to bat first. The first two wickets of SA were down on just 22 runs. Miller joined F Du Plessis, they put together 105 runs in only 49 balls. Miller got himself run out on 47 runs. F DU Plessis carried out playing big shots and scored a fabulous T20 century. He scored 119 runs in 56 balls including 11 boundaries and 5 big sixes. South Africa posted a gigantic target of 232 runs to West Indies.
West Indies lost Smith at the start of their run chase.Samules and Gayle played outstanding cricket and added 152 runs for the second wicket. Gayle scored 90 runs in just 41 balls including nine boundaries and 7 huge sixes. West Indies were 6 /209 in 17.4 over. Sammy and Ramdin finished off the record chase for West Indies by sparing 4 balls. This match will be definitely remembered for a long time due to non-stop entertaining cricket.
